    • What is LSVT BIG?​

    • This is a research-based exercise program developed specifically for Parkinson’s Disease that has been shown to improve many of the physical symptoms associated with PD including shuffled gait, freezing, forward posture, balance difficulties, and getting up from a chair.

Parkinson’s Voice Project


    • This specialized program helps target many of the voice difficiulties frequently seen with Parkinson’s Disease including soft volume,
