Kerri was born and raised in Carson City, NV, and she received her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Humboldt State University in 1995. Kerri completed training in massage therapy in 2002. She is a certified Senior Fitness Trainer and has her certificate for exercise with Parkinson’s patients. Kerri enjoys working with people who are too medically involved to go to a regular gym. She works closely with the Physical Therapists at The Continuum to help clients to continue working toward their physical goals after they have completed their therapy program. Kerri’s favorite thing about being a Senior Fitness trainer at The Continuum is having the opportunity to work with her clients on a long-term basis to maintain the skills they gained during their therapies. She enjoys guiding clients through this new chapter in their life post therapy. In her free time, Kerri enjoys camping, boating, wake-surfing, waterskiing, snow-skiing, fishing and being outdoors with her two teenage sons, her husband and her dog.
