Michelle Sanders, PT, DPT
Michelle is a Minnesota native and graduated with a BA degree in Spanish from the University of North Dakota, and also completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree there in 2018. She moved to Reno after falling in love with the area on a clinical rotation, and began working at The Continuum in 2018. Michelle works with both pediatric and adult clients, and has a special interest in treating patients with brain injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, cerebral palsy, and the early intervention population. Michelle is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish and has lived abroad in Spain and Chile. She is LSVT BIG certified for Parkinson’s Disease, and is an APTA credential clinical instructor. Her favorite part about PT is getting to know her clients and helping them realize what they are capable of, even after a life-altering event or diagnosis. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with friends, hiking, skiing, camping, and baking.
Did you know?! Michelle sang in an acapella group for 2.5 years in college.
Michelle’s favorite thing about The Continuum is getting to work with a wide age range of clients, from infants to adults in their 90s, as well as the small, family-friendly feel of the company.
